Several years ago I was asked to write
an article for the National Youth Leadership Council's magazine. I posed the question of whether the Youth Voice movement was reality or just a fiction. A few months ago Tim Ladd, a consultant and media guru, posted a video to YouTube as a reply to my call for responses via Twitter.
